Jailbreak updates

Added ball, u need to go onto it to kick, if it stops u need to jump or crouch jump on it to kick. Ill contact admins how to spawn that ball.
+ill make it better
+do i need to add that u can hit it with knife to kick or its ok how it is?

Next things to do:
improve my vote plugin
make plugin which says how high is spray
add /lr more options
add more maps
make teleportation on other maps too
